Why don’t you sell diamonds online?

We believe choosing a diamond is a deeply personal decision that deserves individual attention. Because no two diamonds are truly alike, we guide each client through the selection process in person, ensuring you get the right balance of beauty, quality, and value—not just a spec sheet.

What is Mist Fine Jewelry’s warranty and return policy?

We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects in workmanship, provided only a Mist-approved jeweler has worked on the piece. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers repair or replacement at our discretion—but not damage from everyday wear, loss, theft, or improper care.

For best results, we recommend free cleanings and inspections every six months.

We also offer a 14-day return window for exchange or store credit on unused, unaltered items in original, salable condition. Custom pieces, engraved, resized, or modified items, and pieces showing signs of wear are not eligible. Returns after 14 days may incur a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer cash refunds.
